I'm Nicky, the proud proprietor of Nicola Anne Photography, situated amidst the stunning vistas of Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast. I'm not a native by birth, as I moved here only 17 years ago from the UK. I settled initially in South Brisbane whilst studying and working, before finally graduating in Business Management in 2009. 

After a decade of dedicating my time to raising a family and part-time work, I reignited my passion for photography with a renewed vigor, and in 2018 launched Nicola Anne Photography. Over the last 6 years, I spent some time persuing a personal love of Black & White Portrait photography in the studio, inspired by the classics like Heprburn, Gable and Munroe, and my work has not only gained international recognition but also earned high commendations in Australasia’s premier photographic competitions.

However, these days you are more likely to find me trudging the sidelines, come rain, hail or shine, working as a freelance photographer in the dynamic world of sport photography. Through my sheer tenacity, enthusiasm and unique perspective of capturing those 'shots', the last few years have given me the great privilege of collaborating with esteemed personalities and renowned sports teams.
